Danna Ramírez

Danna is the Technical Coordinator at ICTJ's Colombia office. Prior to joining ICTJ, she worked as an advisor to the technical secretariat of the Commission for the Follow-up, Promotion and Verification of the Implementation of the 2016 Final Peace Agreement. There, she was part of the teams in charge of the normative implementation of points 3, 4 (Security Guarantees and Successor Criminal Organizations) and 5 (Victims) of the Agreement, as well as in the development of the international component mandated by the parties. She also served as advisor to the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia managing the commitments of the international agenda and the challenges in the incorporation of peace issues in the country's foreign policy agenda. Danna is a lawyer from Universidad del Rosario and holds a postgraduate degree in Constitutional Law from Universidad Javeriana.
